Eng. Lilian Kilatya is an IEK Ordinary Council Member. She is a professional Civil Engineer with over 10 years experience.

She has worked in the private sector and has vast experience in Structural and Civil design, supervision of construction projects, concrete mix design, and quality control of construction materials in the construction sector.

She has also worked in the public sector where she undertook quality assurance of construction materials and auditing of manufacturing processes in the manufacturing sector to protect consumers and facilitate fair trade.

She steers discussions revolving around registration of engineers and engineering welfare in various forums.

Her vision is to have an inclusive and cohesive engineering fraternity where the welfare of engineers and the profile of all engineers are enhanced. She is passionate, diligent and a progressive servant leader
