Eng. Stanley Kipkemoi Soi is a Professional Engineer, Project Manager, entrepreneur and engineering leader with over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, infrastructure development, project delivery, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational leadership.

He is registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya and is a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Science in Project Management from JKUAT. He has received specialized training in telecom networks and power grid automation in Switzerland, Israel and China, and is a certified ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 Auditor.

He is the Director and Project Manager at Telepower Engineering Company Limited, where he provides board-level strategic leadership, technical leadership in projects and supervision of multidisciplinary teams. He has extensive experience delivering engineering and infrastructure projects across power systems, telecommunications, SCADA, ICT, renewable energy, security and the built environment.

Eng. Soi is passionate about professional excellence, corporate governance, member empowerment and strengthening the voice of engineers in national development and decision-making. He brings to IEK leadership a practical blend of engineering expertise, project management and governance, with a commitment to building a stronger, more influential, accountable and member-focused Institution of Engineers of Kenya.
