About EAFEO
The Eastern Africa Federation of Engineering Organisations (EAFEO) is a regional organization established by the Engineering Institutions of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda as founder members. EAFEO aims to include all countries in East Africa, focusing on:
- Fostering cooperation and information exchange among national members.
- Encouraging effective engineering manpower development and utilization.
- Promoting and harmonizing engineering education, training, and continuing education.
- Providing researched solutions to engineering challenges in the region.
- Motivating engineers to contribute to social and economic development.
