Dr. Eng. Damaris K. Oyaro is an IEK Ordinary Council Member. She has a B.Sc in Civil engineering from the University of Nairobi, an M.Sc in Sanitary Engineering from the Leibniz University of Hannover, and a Doctorate in Civil engineering from The University of Nairobi.

Dr. Eng. Damaris is a Fellow member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK) and a professional member of the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK). She is a CPA finalist and currently, works as a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi, ’ Department of Civil and Construction Engineering. She is an accomplished Civil Engineer with over fifteen years of experience and expertise in Water, Sanitation, and Environmental Engineering.
